Lirun Technology’s VPSA-O₂ technology provides an economical and efficient oxygen enrichment solution that has been widely applied across multiple industries. The system is based on the principle of selective adsorption: feed air (0.03–0.05 MPa) is delivered by a blower into the adsorption tower, where specialized adsorbents preferentially adsorb nitrogen and other impurities, while high-purity oxygen (90–93%) is continuously produced at the top. A PLC-based intelligent control system enables dual-tower alternating operation. Once saturated, the system automatically switches to vacuum desorption (-0.08 to -0.092 MPa), ensuring stable oxygen supply.
