Adsorbents

Adsorbents are the core materials of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA/VPSA) systems. The selective adsorption performance of high-quality adsorbents directly determines the industrial feasibility of the process. Lirun Technology has co-developed a series of specialized adsorbents (including lithium-based molecular sieves, copper-exchanged molecular sieves, and specialty activated carbons). These products have been extensively validated in industrial applications such as VPSA oxygen generation (O₂purity≥93%), PSA CO purification (purity up to 99.9%), and TSA drying (dew point≤ –70°C). They demonstrate excellent selectivity, cycling stability, and resistance to contamination, ensuring ultra-high online rates even under harsh operating conditions, and providing reliable adsorption–separation solutions for a wide range of gas projects.


Oxygen Adsorbents

The LR-100/200 series high-efficiency oxygen adsorbents are specifically developed for VPSA-O₂processes. Utilizing specially formulated lithium-based molecular sieves, they feature:

· Outstanding N₂/O₂separation performance (separation factor≥6.3)

· Strong impurity adsorption capacity

· Rapid adsorption–desorption kinetics in industrial applications

· High compressive strength (≥12 N) and long service life

· Wide operating pressure range (0.03–0.08 MPa)

· Stable O₂purity (90–93%) with industry-leading power consumption (0.28–0.32 kWh/Nm³)


Carbon Monoxide Adsorbents

The LR-800 series high-performance CO adsorbents adopt advanced copper-exchanged molecular sieve technology, featuring:

· Excellent CO adsorption capacity and selectivity

· Stable cyclic performance under 0.5–3.0 MPa operating pressure

· Service life exceeding 10 years

· Particularly suitable for CO purification from complex gas sources with high N₂or CH₄content (e.g., converter gas, yellow phosphorus off-gas)

· CO purity ≥99.9%, with recovery rates of 85–95%

· Reliable raw material assurance for C1 chemical production


Other Adsorbents & Catalysts

Lirun Technology has independently developed a portfolio of high-performance adsorbents and catalysts tailored for key stages of industrial gas purification, including:

· Deep dehydration adsorbents
