Hydrogen Purification Units

Lirun Technology has developed alarge-scale hydrogen purification systemdesigned for bothelectrolysis-based hydrogen productionand various hydrogen-rich industrial off-gases (e.g., ammonia purge gas, methanol cracking gas). The system integratesmulti-stage purification processes, including catalytic deoxidation, chemical adsorption dechlorination, and molecular sieve desulfurization as pretreatment units, combined withTemperature Swing Adsorption (TSA)andPressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)as the core technologies. This ensuresdeep purification with hydrogen purity exceeding 99.999%. The process adopts aclosed-loop design, achievinghydrogen recovery ≥99.5%with zero emissions or losses. It is scalable to handleindustrial production demands of several thousand Nm³/h, providing a stable and reliable source of high-purity hydrogen forfuel cells, electronics, and other high-end applications.
